Graduation and you better finish that thesis
De training was druk. Ik zou een week geleden al schrijven over de training conflicttransformatie die we gedaan hebben waarin we keken naar conflicten die zich binnen het team voor kunnen doen, en waar wij als organisatie werken binnen de structuur van grotere conflicten. Belangrijke dingen om helder te hebben zodat ik weet waar ik aan begin en waar mijn acties gevolg kunnen hebben.
Inmiddels is het een week later en is de training afgelopen, de helft van de groep al naar huis, en vertrek ik zelf over twee uurtjes richting vliegveld. Ik ben geslaagd voor de training, maar ga eerst nog niet naar Palestina. Nu ga ik weer tijd maken voor het afronden van mijn scriptie en bijbehorend afstuderen. Daarna ga ik zo snel mogelijk als er een plaats vrij komt naar Palestina om deze training in praktijk te brengen. Via deze weg houd ik jullie op de hoogte van wanneer dat zal zijn, maar nu voorlopig voor het laatst;

Training was busy. I intended to post here about a week ago about the training in conflict transformation that we did. We looked at how conflicts could arise and be solved on team, and also where in the powerstructure of a conflict we as an organisation work and where and how our actions can influence that system. Important stuff to be aware of for me so that i know what i’m getting myself into.
Now a week later training has ended, half the group went home already, and i’ll be heading to the airport soon. I graduated training, but won’t go to Palestine immediately. First it is time to finish my thesis and law school, and then i’ll wait for placement in Palestine to put this month of training and myself to work there. I’ll keep you all posted about that progress through this blog but for now;
